Assistant: Ban Xia, Chen Pi, Fu Ling, Lian Qiao, Mai Ya

Pattern: Food Stagnation

Indications: Focal distention and fullness in the chest and epigastrium, abdominal distention with occasional pain, rotten-smelling belching, acid regurgitation, nausea and vomiting, aversion to food, a yellow, greasy tongue coating, and a slippery pulse. There may also be diarrhea.

Cautions and contraindications: Unless modified, this formula is contraindicated in cases with Spleen deficiency.
