Action and indication: Nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin/Blood: weak or blurry vision, sore low back and legs, impotence, dizziness.  (Qi Ju Di Huang Wan, Qi Bao Mei Ran Dan)       

Lung Yin deficiency cough.

Contraindicated: ext excess heat patterns, Spleen deficiency with loose stools.

Dose: 6-18 g
