Lycium Fruit, Chrysanthemum, and Rehmannia Pill (qi ju di huang wan)

To the original formula (liu wei di huang wan), add Gou Qi Zi and Ju Hua.    

For dry eyes with diminished visual acuity, photophobia, tearing when exposed to drafts, or painful eyes...The use of this formula has been extended to include all conditions of Kidney and Liver Yin deficiency in which Liver deficiency is the predominant aspect.
