Properties: Warm, Acrid, Bitter. Channels: Liver, Kidney

Action and indication: Wind-damp Bi, especially Liver/Kidney deficiency.

Strengthens sinews and bones, especially with bl stasis. For weak/chronic elderly or developmental/motor probs in children.

Caution in Yin deficiency heat.

Dose: 4.5-15 g        Often steeped in wine
