Zhu Ling - Polyporus (Polyporus)

Properties: sligthly. Cool, Sweet, Bland. Channels: Spleen, Kidney, Urinary Bladder.

Action and indication: Transforms dampness, promotes urine: dysuria, turbid urine, edema, diarrhea, leukorrhea. (Zhu Ling Tang, Wu Ling San)

Do not use if no damp excess. Long term use damages Yin. 

Dose: 5-10 g.
